The following steps will guide you through assigning a fax number to a user. You must be an owner or admin to accomplish this.
First, click the Fax menu, then click Numbers:
Click the Settings wheel next to a number, then click Add under users:
Choose the user(s) you want to assign to the number:
NOTE: A user must be in the same parent or department/subaccount as the number.
You should now see the username in the number users section at the top.
