Fax forwarding automatically sends all inbound faxes received to your Documo number(s) to another fax number.
To set up fax forwarding, please contact a Customer Support Representative or your Account Manager. Forwarding must be configured by our team and cannot be set up directly by you.
Admins and owners are able to view the forwarding rules in number settings but not change them:
Any fax forwarded numbers are indicated by a phone with arrow icon on the numbers page:
When faxes arrive to forwarded numbers, a fax is automatically sent to the Destination Number saved in the forwarding settings:
The outbound fax will display in the Forwarding User's fax history:
The Info modal of the forwarded fax also displays the fax forward icon:
NOTE: Fax forwarding does not incur any additional fees. However, both the inbound fax received on a forwarded number and the outbound fax sent to the forwarding destination will count toward your monthly fax allotment.
