You now have the ability to view and export fax metadata that is older than one year and 30 days from its creation date.
When faxes are one year from their creation date, they will automatically move to 'Archive' where they will remain for 30 days. After the 30 day holding period in 'Archive', the metadata of the faxes (without attachments) will be available in 'Cold Storage'. This information will remain indefinitely.
If a fax is manually archived, it will be available in the 'Archive' tab, where it will remain for a year and 30 days from its creation date.
If your account's fax retention setting is set to less than 12 months, fax metadata will still enter cold storage after one year and 30 days from the creation date.
NOTE: Fax attachments will NOT be recoverable once they are in cold storage. Be sure to download or route them to mDrive prior to faxes moving to cold storage. Additionally, once fax metadata enters cold storage, they will no longer be able to be pulled via 'Detailed Report'.
To view your fax history, archived faxes, and cold storage, first click the 'History' tab on the navigation bar:
If you want to view manually archived faxes, or faxes that are in the 30 day holding period, click 'Archive':

Click 'Cold Storage' to view and export the metadata of faxes that are older than one year and 30 days. To export the data, click the 'Export' button on the top left part of the screen:
