This article explains how to create and assign limits, which help control feature access for your subaccounts and departments.
First, navigate to the Limits tab in your portal and click Create Limit:
Fill out the fields, then click Save:
Once the limit has been created, click the Assign Limits tab to assign the limit to a subaccount or department:
Search for the subaccount or department, select the limit, and the renewal day (day of the month the plan restarts), then click Assign Limit:
To edit the limit or renewal day that the subaccount/department is on, click the pencil next to that account, and select the new limit or change the renewal day:
Click the trash can next to the pencil to remove the limit from that account:
To edit subaccounts/departments in bulk, click the checkbox next to each, click Change Limits, make the new changes, and click Save:
Please note, only subaccounts/departments with limits added will appear in the list of accounts.
You may also create limits for your direct account.
