Users in the mFax system can be assigned different permission levels based on what sort of access they should have. Here are the different levels and a brief overview of what access they entail:
User
-Fax tab and/or mSign tab
-mDrive (if enabled)
-History (for their own outbound faxes and inbound for any number they’re assigned to)
-API keys
-Cover pages-system and ‘my cover pages’
-Contacts
-User settings
-Integrations

-Feature requests
-Status page
-Help center
Admin
Everything for user PLUS:
-All faxes on the account
-Sign in as other users but not admins/owners
-Numbers tab - can manage and provision numbers
-FaxBridges tab - can manage and order FaxBridges
-Reports - if applicable for account type
-Users tab - can manage and create/delete users
-Events tab
-Caller IDs tab for caller ID requests
-Account settings
-Custom Fields tab - create and manage Custom Fields
-Feature requests
-Access to subaccounts or departments if applicable based on plan
Owner
Everything for admin PLUS:
-Billing
-Sign in as admins but not other owners
Support
-Access to all admin features EXCEPT send fax, history, and reports (unbilled, for WL Partners only).
Please note that any mSign Template, Document or Report is unavailable for use to mFax Support Role Users.
