This article will show you how to change the email address of a user on your account.
First, search the user, click the three dots, then click User Profile:
Next to the email address on the Profile tab, click Change:
Enter the new email address, and click Change:
NOTE: If the user was provisioned via SCIM, the user's email address will have to be changed through the provisioning provider.
