Adding a new number to your account is quick and easy.
Note: this functionality is only available to admin and owner users
First, click Numbers in the Fax menu, then click Provision:
Use the Search Type dropdown to choose Region, Prefix, or Toll-Free.
Enter the appropriate information based on the search type chosen, then click Search.
NOTE: If you select toll free numbers, they will automatically be provisioned without choosing which numbers you would like.
A list of available numbers will be produced. Check the box(es) next to the number(s) you'd like to provision, then click Order Numbers:
Click Confirm to complete your order.
NOTE: Additional numbers may incur charges depending on the plan. Refer to plan details to review applicable rates.
