This article will teach you how to set a default number assignment on your account. When this is set, all new users on your account will be assigned to this number automatically.
First, you'll want to click your initials on the bottom left part of the screen, click account settings, then click the fax tab.
Scroll down until you see the numbers box on the right side of the screen. Click the dropdown and start typing in the number you want to set. Once the number populates, click on it. Then scroll down and click save.
