After logging into the customer portal, click your initials in the bottom left corner, and navigate to the ‘Billing’ section on the menu:
Near the bottom of the Billing page, click ‘Add Payment Method’:
Click the 'Bank Account' tab and fill out your bank information:
You will receive two microdeposits into the bank account that was added. These will be sent from Documo Inc with the description "ACCTVERIFY" and are typically received within 1-2 business days. Once you receive these, return to the billing page and click the 'Note' icon next to the bank account, and click 'Verify':
In the popup window, enter the microdeposit amounts as whole numbers. For example, if you received $0.05 and $0.24 as the verification amounts, you would enter them as 5 and 24 respectively, then click 'Verify':
