Teams allows organizations to group users and shared resources inside one account for more visibility and bulk editing. Users within teams can view faxes, documents, and data with access controlled through the Roles and Permissions system rather than hard account boundaries.
This article will show you how to create teams and add resources to these teams.
First, navigate to the Teams page in the Toolbox menu:
To create a new team, click the Create Team button, then name it and give it an optional description:
Click the team name to edit the team. Add users to the team and configure product visibility on the General:
On the Numbers tab, add fax numbers and caller IDs to the team:
On the Caller IDs tab, click Assign, select your caller IDs, then click Assign caller IDs:
NOTE: All fax numbers selected will be assigned to all members of the team. All caller IDs selected will be available for team members to choose from in their Fax Settings. Setting a caller ID will need to be done from the user's Fax Settings.
Click the Audit Log tab to view all actions taken on that team:
Teams can be assigned to individual workspaces in the Edit Workspaces section:
All inbound and outbound faxes from team members can be viewed in Fax History. Admins and owners can also view faxes for specific teams by filtering that team in fax history:
NOTE: Faxes received before a user was added to a team will not be viewable by that user.
