This article will help you integrate your eClinicalWorks (eCW) instance with your Documo account.
- Reach out to your account manager for the App Activation Code
- Add the app to your eCW instance:
- Log into the eCW EMR → Admin menu → Production Activation button → locate FHIR APIs
- Click Settings on the FHIR APIs option to open the FHIR APIs dashboard
- Click Set up → choose Provider Centric Apps or Backend/Bulk Access Apps
- Paste the App Activation Code into the Add New App tile and click Add
- Your account manager will approve the app integration
- Once approved, an Activate button will appear in your eCW instance:
- Click Activate
- Enable/disable user access to patient group/cohort access
- Your account manager will add your eCW URL to the Documo app to finish set up
- Once all steps are complete, you can use the document processor to send documents to eCW
