This article walks you through processing your documents and sending them to your PointClickCare instance. Before you begin, make sure PointClickCare is integrated with your account.
Before processing your documents, learn more about Workspaces and Intelligent Document Processing.
Once the integration is set up, navigate to a workspace. Click the 3 dots next to the document you would like to process, then click Process:
Next, double check the data to make sure all fields are accurate, then click Send:
If you have more than one EHR integrated, select Process with PointClickCare, then Next. If you have not signed in within the last 30 days, click Sign in with PointClickCare and enter your credentials, then click Authenticate:
Select the facility and correct patient, and click Next:
Next, select one category, and click Next:
A confirmation message will display, and your document has successfully been sent to your EHR:
