Caller ID Page
Admins and owners can submit caller ID requests on behalf of their subaccounts. First, click on Caller IDs:
You can switch between All platform view and Account view by using the tabs at the top of your screen.
How to submit a request for a subaccount
To submit a request on behalf of your subaccount, search for the subaccount in the search bar of your CallerID page. Once the subaccount is selected, you can click on Create Request to start your request:
Fill out the request as you normally would and once you submit it, the request will be sent directly to Documo's support team for review. Once approved, the numbers will be visible in the subaccount's caller ID selection menu.
Acceptable documents for proof of ownership of a number
You can submit a screenshot of the number existing in your carrier's portal, a recent bill or invoice showing the number, or you can request a CSR from the carrier that holds the number and submit that as proof of ownership.
How subaccounts can submit their own requests
If a subaccount wants to submit their own request, subaccount admins or owners can navigate to their Caller ID page and place their own request. Before any request is sent from a subaccount to Documo for approval, it will be sent to the reseller for review.
In addition to receiving an email notification of the subaccount's request, resellers can see new pending requests in the "All Platform" view on their CallerID page. When you have a pending request, you will need to review the request and submit it to Documo for approval.
When the request is submitted by the reseller account, the request will be sent directly to Documo where we can review it. Once approved, the numbers will be visible in the subaccount.
