Print to Fax - Subaccounts and Departments – Documo

This article will show you how to set up and run the new and improved Print to Fax feature.

Initial set up is required before using Print to Fax. Each user will only have to complete the set up process before using Print to Fax for the first time.

First, navigate to Your Settings in the portal by clicking your initials, then Your Settings:

Click More Info on the Print to Fax icon:

Then, click Download:

Once the download has completed, click Set up then Authenticate:

Enter your credentials, or log in through the portal:

You will have to only complete these steps the first time you use the Print to Fax feature. After initial set up, ensure the Print to Fax icon is displaying on your system tray before using the feature:

Now, you are ready to use Print to Fax.

First, navigate to a document that allows you to print.

Then, click Print on the document, and select the Print to Fax option in the printer selector, and click Print:

The fax modal will take several seconds to pop up. Once it does, enter the information for the fax, and click send:

Once your fax has been sent, it will appear in your portal's history:

If needed, you are able to attach more than one document to the fax. While the fax modal is open, navigate to the other document, click Print, select Print to Fax, and click Print. The second document will be attached below the first:
