Once you have followed the troubleshooting steps, reach out to support if your device still isn't working properly. A device can be replaced if it is still under the one year warranty. If our support team determines it needs to be replaced, a return label will be provided.
Note: In the case of a warranty return, you must fill out an RMA form provided by our support team. Units sent back for warranty without an RMA will not be processed.
Sending a unit back is simple. Please make sure the unit and its components are packed snugly in an appropriate box. When returning a unit, please include all components (device, RJ11 cord, Ethernet cable, and power supply). We will supply a return label for all approved RMAs with the replacement shipment.
The returning party is responsible for the shipment until it is received by Documo.
