This article will help you create cover pages for your account or your user.
First, navigate to the Cover Pages section on the Fax menu:
There are three sections of cover pages, System, Account, and My Cover Pages:
System: Documo provided cover pages that can be used as is or can be duplicated and edited. These can be disabled by an admin or owner on the account:
Account: These are cover pages created by admins or owners that are available for all users on the account
My Cover Pages: These are cover pages created by any user type and only available for that user
Cover pages in the System and Account sections can be made into account or user defaults:
Click Create New in Account to create a new cover page for the entire account. Click Create New in My Cover Pages to create a new cover page for your user.
Select a template or create a cover page from scratch:
To add additional tokens, click the cursor where you would like to add the token, then click Tokens and select which one you would like to add:
To change the size of a token, first select the location, then adjust the size before adding the token:
The list below displays available tokens and what they do:
Pages: The number of pages being faxed
Domain Logo: This will pull your domain logo from your branding screen to your cover page.
Sender Name: This will display the name listed on the account.
Sender Fax: Whatever number is set to “primary” under the “My Fax Numbers” section on the main send fax page.
Sender Phone: This will display the phone number listed in the account.
Sender Company: This will display the account name.
Caller ID: This will display the Caller ID set in the account.
Recipient Name: This pulls what you put in the “Deliver to” field when filling out cover page information - unless you have imported the number via the contact option. When selecting a contact, if you then enter anything else in the “Deliver to” field, this will override the contact name. Also, if you are selecting a contact within an organization, the organization name will take precedence over contact name. Hierarchy: Deliver To field > Organization name/info > Contact name/info.
Recipient Fax: This will display the number that you are faxing to.
Recipient Phone: This will display the number that is listed for the contact, unless that contact is linked to an organization - then, the organization’s number will be listed.
Recipient Company: This pulls the name of the organization, if your contact is linked to one via the contacts page.
Date: This will display the date.
Subject: This will display what you put in the “Subject” field when filling out cover page information.
Notes: This will display what you put in the “Notes” field when filling out cover page information (note: max of 4000 characters).
Urgent: When the 'mark as urgent' box on the send fax page is selected and the 'urgent' token is added to a cover page, this will add the word Urgent to your cover page:
