This article will help you integrate your Jane instance with your Documo account.
First, unlink the Jane integration on the Documo integrations page only if you've already linked it:
Then in Jane, navigate to Settings > Integrations:
- Navigate to the Documo Inbound integration
- Click Get Started, then click Connect
This will take you back to the Documo integrations page:
Then, click Set Up on the Jane card:
Next, enter your clinic URL including https:// and leave the Environment on Production, then click Continue:
Lastly, log into your Jane instance to complete setup:
When connected, 1 integration will display in place of Get Started:
