The following steps will guide you through assigning a fax number to a user account:
1. Login to your admin account
2. From the main sidebar navigation click on the FAX button.
3. Click on NUMBERS
4. Click the wrench icon on the row of the number you want to assign
5. Click the add button under ASSIGNED USERS
6. Choose the user you want to associate to the number (*NOTE you can repeat this step and add as many users to the number as you want)
You should now see the username next to the number.
You have now assigned a fax number to a user account.
