Admins and owners now have access to a CallerID page where you can submit a new external number request and view existing requests placed by your account.
You can switch between "All platform" view and "Account" view by using the tabs at the top of your screen.
How to submit a request for your account
To submit a request for your account, you can click on "Create Request" in the top right corner of the page to start your request.
Fill out the request with the number you are requesting, a document that proves ownership of the number, and any notes necessary. Once you submit it, the request will be sent directly to Documo where we can review it. Once approved, the numbers will be visible in your account.
Acceptable documents for proof of ownership of a number
You can submit a screenshot of the number existing in your carrier's portal, a recent bill or invoice showing the number, or you can request a CSR from the carrier that holds the number and submit that as proof of ownership.
