There are a couple reasons you may need to return a FaxBridge.
- If you are renting the unit and are returning
- If you have purchased a unit and you are sending it back for a warranty issue
Note: In the case of a warranty return, you must submit an mFax Cross-shipment Agreement (form) and wait to receive an RMA prior to sending the unit back. Units sent back for warranty without an RMA will not be processed.
Sending a unit back is simple. Please make sure the unit and it's components are packed snugly in an appropriate box. When returning a unit please include all components (FaxBridge, RJ11 cord, Ethernet cord, Power supply/USB cable). We will supply a return label for all approved RMAs with the replacement shipment.
Return shipments should be sent insured priority mail (or equivalent). The returning party is responsible for the shipment until it is received by Documo.
