You are able to customize the subject line when sending a document via mSign.
First, you will create the document with all the needed fields and assign the fields. Then, you will click the 'send document' button.
A window will pop up where you will be able to customize the subject line and the message field of the email. You are able to choose from the blue tokens for the subject line. Below you will see where information from each token is pulled.
Sender Name: This will display the name listed for this user.
Sender Email: This will display the user's email that's sending the document.
Sender Company: This will display the CSID.
Date: This will display the send date.
Document Name: This will display the name of the document from document creation.
Expiration Date: This will display when the document expires.
